Swimming, yes... thanks for this tip especially given your pro status with this injury. It sounds so good, but besides the fact I am a terrible swimmer, my orthopedist hasn't allowed it until the 6wk mark. His view is odd: do whatever you want - sky-dive, hang-glide, Flamenco dance - just as long as you do not bend your ankle. He basically thinks it's just a waiting game, doesn't even believe in excellent nutrition really as a positive force. Dis-empowering approach I think.
